At Chloe Grace Photography, my goal is to provide each client with exceptional service and a smooth, professional experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for photography sessions. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve all photography sessions. This deposit secures your date and is generally non-refundable, with the exceptions listed below.

2. 48-Hour Grace Period for Refunds
Clients may cancel within 48 hours of booking and receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a deposit refund.

3. Client Cancellations
If a client cancels after 48 hours from the time of booking, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained to cover lost time and scheduling.
If a client fails to attend the session (“no-show”) without prior communication, no refunds will be issued.

4. Remaining Balance
The remaining session balance is due on the day of the appointment.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Online card payment services
• Zelle
• Cash
Failure to pay the remaining balance at the session may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Photographer Cancellations
If the photographer must cancel a scheduled session for any reason—including emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances—the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit and any additional payments already made.

6. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment. Approval is based on photographer availability. Deposits for rescheduled sessions may be transferred at the photographer’s discretion.

By booking a session with Chloe Grace Photography, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
