3. Booking, Payments & Deposits

 

3.1 Deposit Requirement

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all photoshoot bookings. Dates are not held without payment of the required deposit.

 

3.2 Cancellation Policy

    •    Client Cancellations:

If the client cancels outside the allowed cancellation window, the deposit is non-refundable.

    •    Photographer Cancellations:

If Chloe Grace Photography must cancel for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit and any fees already paid.

 

3.3 Rescheduling

 

Rescheduling may be allowed at the photographer’s discretion and may require additional deposits or fees depending on availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

    •    Arrive on time and prepared for the session.

    •    Behave respectfully and follow any location, studio, or safety rules.

    •    Refrain from bringing unapproved guests, especially for boudoir sessions, unless previously discussed with the photographer.

 

Chloe Grace Photography reserves the right to refuse service to any client engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

5. Copyright & Image Usage

 

5.1 Copyright Ownership

 

Chloe Grace Photography retains full copyright to all images created during any session. This includes both RAW and edited images.

 

5.2 Client Usage Rights

 

Clients receive personal-use rights to the final, edited images delivered to them. Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

 

5.3 Photographer Promo Use

 

Clients may choose whether or not their images are used for promotional purposes. Images will only be used online, in portfolios, marketing materials, or social media with the client’s explicit consent provided through a signed model release.

    •    Only final, edited images will be delivered.

    •    RAW or unedited files are not available for purchase or release.

    •    Turnaround times vary by session type and will be communicated during booking.
